Delhi Police Registers FIR Against Haryana Home Minister Gopal Kanda in Girl Suicide Case

New Delhi (I Haryana News): Crisis facing Haryana government led by Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday further found itself in deep trouble when a New Delhi based girl Geetika Sharma committed suicide blaming Haryana Home Minister Gopal Kanda for her death in her death note.

As per information, the deceased was a former employee of the MDLR Airlines which is owned by Mr. Gopal Kanda alleged that she had committed suicide after reportedly being harassed by her former boss and Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda to join back. 

Geetika Sharma was under pressure from the minister to join back and finally succumbed to it, her brother said.
Kanda is the Haryana Minister of State for Home. According to Geetika's brother, he would continuously harass her after she had left the job. 

Kanda reportedly even personally visited their house to ask her to join back. 

Geetika, who first worked as an air hostess with the airlines and then became the director of its subsidiary 'Supersonic', quit the company some time back to join another job, which she left to pursue a degree in MBA.
Geetika's brother said that Kanda once visited their house with his entire family to convince her to join back.
He alleged that she succumbed to this pressure and committed suicide. 

The police have registered a case against Gopal Handa for abetment to suicide under Section 306 of the IPC.
