(I Haryana News): The Wrestle bowler in Haryana Bureaucracy, Mr. Ashok
Khemka has now aimed to make all land records online by October 31,
2012, and also asked all deputy commissioners on districts not issue
manual nakal (Copies) of land rights records from November 1, 2012.
The
order to this effect was issued by him to all deputy commissioners on
August 17, 2012 which says that under National Land Records
Modernization Programme(NLRMP) a print of village digitized maps(
Mussavis) have given to concerned patwari for updating the maps and
asked to submit the updated maps within 15 days of receipt of the maps.
Further,
letter says that all latest updated land records should made online by
October 31, 2012 through HALRIS software and after September 30, 2012
only computerized Nakal from HALRIS will be issued .
Mr.
Khemka, Director General, Land consolidation department also asked DCs
to intimate him the names of villages whose records could become online
by dead date and also mention the reasons for the same.

I salute his intention and move to act against corruption, as land records since ancient India , modern India are always remained source of corruption. the red tape holding charge over it could not loose its controll over this milking cows for them for ancient time to till date.
