It is to mention that on Monday flied second chargesheet in 2G Scam in which it named Kanimozhi has been charged with section 7 and 11 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Whereas Others who have been charge sheeted along with Kanimozhi are Kalaignar TV Managing Director Sharad Kumar, Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa's cousin Asif Balwa, Rajeev Agarwal - directors of Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables Pvt Ltd, and Karim Murani of Cineyug Films (Pvt) Ltd.
It is to remember that all persons charge sheeted person today were already in jail except Kanimozhi, Sharad Kumar and Murani.
The charge sheet said the investigation into the case disclosed that money had travelled from DB Realty to Kalaignar TV.
Kanimozhi, Dayaluammal and Sharad Kumar, managing director of Kalaignar TV, have 20, 60 and 20% shares in the channel respectively.
The CBI told the court that Rs 200 crore connected with the 2G spectrum scam had travelled from a partnership firm of Swan Telecom Promoter Shahid Usman Balwa to Kalaignar TV Pvt Ltd.

Very Soon 2G will be Buried by CBI-Congress Bureau of Investigation. SC can do nothing. they can only ask questions, not more than that. Day is not far off 2G will come to an End.Raja will be made a Scap goat and Raja will be Jailed for another 10 years others will happyly enjoy.
