Nuclear Analytical Techniques to Solve Criminal Cases

Vienna (ABC Live): Nuclear Analytical Techniques : Helping to solve criminal cases, identify art forgery and catch food adulteration are the goals of a new research project using nuclear techniques.
Experts from around the world, representing both practitioners of nuclear analytical techniques as well as forensic science stakeholder communities, met in Vienna last week to discuss the objectives of a new Coordinated Research Project on utilizing nuclear analytical techniques in forensic science. The project aims to determine how existing forensic methods can be complemented by the use of nuclear techniques to aid the work of police investigators, courts and customs officials.
The project, which will be four years in length, is divided into three main areas of focus: glass analysis, food authentication and cultural heritage. Nuclear analytical techniques may be effective tools for a variety of forensic purposes, such as the analysis of glass shards from a crime scene to support the prosecution of hit-and-run cases, the examination of food composition to detect adulteration and the investigation of art forgery.
“This is the first Coordinated Research Project that the IAEA has been involved in that focuses on the use of ion beam accelerators and research reactors for forensic analysis,” said Aliz Simon, an IAEA nuclear physicist specializing in accelerators. “We aim to identify new practical applications for these technologies, build capacity and facilitate networking in this area.”  The project will also develop synergies between accelerator and research reactor techniques for forensic purposes, she added.
During the week-long research coordination meeting, physicists from several countries described the nuclear analytical techniques they have used in case studies to determine their feasibility for forensic applications. The techniques, including particle-induced x-ray emission (PIXE) and neutron activation analysis (NAA), have been used to analyse the elemental composition of paintings as well as the origin of glass samples, among other applications.
“There is great potential to interact with forensics practitioners to assess their needs and see how better solutions can be developed,” said Marco Musumeci, a programme officer with the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI). UNICRI could support the needs assessment phase and engage stakeholders in support of this project, he added.
The project participants formed three working groups and established a work plan to be carried out over the next four years. They will meet again in 18 months to review progress on the endeavour.

How to Mitigate the Toxicity Level in Human Body?

The rapid urbanization and its shortcuts lifestyle have sharply hiked the toxicity level in Human Body thus created a situation where natural equilibrium gifted by Nature has been badly disturbed. The immune system of body comes under great stress as all systems provided in Human body have to work out of their capacities to keep the body moving.
Before we know how to mitigate the toxicity level in Human Body lets Know how our body gets these and which are the body parts/systems responsible for the same. To know my query I met Dr. P D. Gupta, a Ambala Based allopath doctor who has the successfully treated thousands Thyroid Eye Diseases (TED) patients by his naturopathy researches explained me the science behind this aspect of our human body.
There are three body systems through which a Human Body can intake Pesticides/ Insecticides/ Air pollution.
1.    Mouth( Digestive system)
2.    Lungs ( Respiratory  system)
3.    Skin ( Sensory System)
Also, there are Three systems through which Human Body tends to get rid of unwanted toxicity to keep natural equilibrium among all systems present in our body to work as a unit.
1.    Kidneys, Liver, Skin (Excretory system)
2.    Lungs, Nose (Respiratory System)
3.    Digestive system
The first defence against toxicity is that we can keep check over these three doors of our body by avoiding Pesticides/ Insecticides injected food, polluted air and not touching toxic substances.
The second guard against toxicity is regular cleansing of organs/systems responsible for getting out toxicity from our body like Kidneys, Liver, Skin (Excretory system), Lungs, Nose (Respiratory System) and (Digestive system).
First protection is a open fact can be drawn but not beneficial in case our body already has got diseases out of the over toxicity, as in present scenario most of us have past the stage of first defence thus we have left with option to know about the ways to get toxicity by cleansing the systems that only through natural ways not by medication as it will additionally burden our body with extra toxicity.
The million dollars question is what the practical ways for cleansing the organs/systems responsible for getting out toxicity from our body and how regular it could be done and under whose recommendation?
That in next blog I will explain how Dr. Gupta has opened my eyes by taking me into deep in human body science and its natural ways to keep itself in balance, before I can understand the concept behind the ways to clean the systems responsible for removing toxicity from the human body.

Free Access to Fair Justice Guarantees Rule of Law

Free Access to Fair Justice is a basic principle of the rule of law. In the absence of access to justice, people are unable to have their voice heard, exercise their rights, challenge discrimination or hold decision-makers accountable.
The Rule of Law emphasizes the right of equal access to justice for all, including members of vulnerable groups; Delivery of justice should be impartial and non-discriminatory. The independence of the judicial system, together with its impartiality and integrity, as an essential prerequisite for upholding the rule of law and ensuring that there is no discrimination in the administration of justice .

One of the major obstacles in accessing justice is the cost of legal advice and representation. Legal aid programmes are a central component of strategies to enhance access to justice but in India lack of funds and absence quality of Legal professionals for want of professional fee are hampering the real objectives of right of equal access to justice for all.

Rule of Law: The Fundamental Prerequisite for Developed India

The Constitution of India guarantees "Rule of Law" on one side and discretion in the interest of Public Interest/National Interest other side. Past experiences of 67 years of  democratic rule in India has unambiguously established that authorities occupying various thrones under Indian democratic system are more interested in delivering services to citizens as matter of their discretion not as  "Rule of Law" asks them to delivered the same as matter of right of citizens.

That's why we as Nation is still deprived of status of "Developed Nation" even after passage of 67 years of independence from British colonial rule, contrary to the fact that countries who had experienced freedom long after India have developed as Nation

The rule of law and development are strongly interrelated and mutually reinforcing, that the advancement of the rule of law at the national and international levels is essential for sustained and inclusive economic growth, sustainable development, the eradication of poverty and hunger and the full realization of all human rights and fundamental freedoms, including the right to development, all of which in turn reinforce the rule of law, and for this reason we should work for this interrelationship of Rule of Law based development.

Proactive Approach in Excise Policy 2015-16 May Bring More Revenue to Haryana

The Haryana government led by Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar is all set to announce its New Excise Policy for the year. 2015-16, it will be the first public policy document by BJP government in Haryana after taking over the charge of state affairs of Haryana.

The New Excise Policy for the year. 2015-16 will manifest the real intention and determination of Khattar government for good governance; whether it will follow the footsteps of Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda led congress government, who allow under carpet support to liquor manufacturing companies in the name of abolishing the monopoly in retail sales of liquor in the state.

It is mention worthy that Haryana Excise and Taxation Department had invited suggestions from general public/ all stake holders for formation of its New Excise Policy for the year. 2015-16. as per suggestions and opinions gathered by the writer there are three schools of thoughts.
The first says that the retail sales of liquor in the state should be aimed to fetch more revenue to the state exchequer with quality liquor to its consumers, this opinion holders say that there should not be shop wise allotment of license to sell liquor in retail instead of it there should be some definite circle level which will not only give some business space to the retailers but also indirectly ensure government revenue to the state exchequer through New Excise Policy for the year. 2015-16. Apart from above it will keep some sort of controlled check on liquor manufacturing companies who usually manufacture more than its allotted volume of liquor in black market by evading state excise revenue in connivance of some corrupt officers with political patronage. If there will be less authorized buyers (retailers and whole sellers) then it will put some sort of deterrent pressure on liquor manufacturing companies and will stop excise tax evasion by liquor manufacturing companies along with quality liquor to its consumers.

The second school of thought says that the retail sales of liquor in the state should be aim at to end the monopoly in retail sales by shop wise allotment of license to sell liquor retail and bring new employment avenues along with quality liquor to its consumers at comparative price, theoretically this is good equation but on ground it hampers the interest of the state and as well as the consumers of the liquid, whose excessive use is injurious for health. If there will be price war among retailers, their margin will come down and new entrant with least capital could not be able to survive that will directly loss revenue of the state and businessmen. Also against the main thought of this school to generate employments through retail of liquor sales sector and quality liquor to its consumers as to fight price war they have either have capacity to bear loss or they will compromise with quality of liquor. This situation suits liquor manufacturing companies, corrupt  excise and taxation officers and their political bosses which offer retailers low price liquor by manufacturing more than allotted quota without paying even single to state exchequer.

The third school says that government should play some proactive role to enhance its revenue, ensure quality of the liquor and to create conducive atmosphere for authorized businessmen indulged in sale of liquor in the state. The opinion holders of this school say that government should play some sort of proactive role in sale of liquor in the state in larger public interest by taking whole sale of all liquor manufacturing companies allowed to sell their liquor in state directly then allot the liquor to retailers as per their demand/quota, it will not only curb the illegal manufacturing of liquor by liquor manufacturing companies and selling it retailers and whole sellers without paying excise duty to the state but will also ensure quality of liquor along with additional amount of revenue to the state in shape of whole sale margins and excise duty to be levied on additional volume of liquor that earlier produced by companies evading  excise duty with connivance with corrupt officers.

After going through the opinions of all three schools of thoughts it will be in the interest of general public all stake holders to take all good thoughts all three schools for good governance aimed BJP government that to enhance the state exchequer  and quality liquor, the idea of whole sale business should be with government and to make retail liquor business viable , Idea to allot some sort minimum cluster of retail shops should offer so that it can ensure some stability and profitability  in retail business and also guarantee the realization of estimated license fee  from all the vendors timely.

Dinesh Singh says, " We are living in welfare State, where ultimate goal of state is to do maximum welfare of its citizens. The governments irrespective of its political affiliations perform all   their ethical or unethical actions under the name of public interest, so there no harm if government should do liquor business itself to earn more revenue for social welfare."

UN Adopts Drafts on Strengthening Global Tax Cooperation

New Delhi (ABC Live): The Economic and Social Council wrapped up its two-day coordination and management segment today with the consensus adoption of a series of drafts, including on strengthening global tax cooperation.
Bolivia, on behalf of the “Group of 77” developing countries and China, introduced the first of two drafts titled “Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters”, dated 21 May.  The second text, submitted today by the Council’s Vice-President, was dated 13 June and reflected developments in connection with the 5 June special meeting of the Council on the topic.
By its terms, the 54-member Council noted that Committee’s decision at its ninth session to set up six subcommittees on substantial tax matters:  transfer pricing; tax treatment of services; information exchange; base erosion, profit-shifting; extractive industries taxation issues for developing countries; and negotiation of tax treaties.
It decided to continue, at its 2015 special meeting on international cooperation in tax matters, consultations on options to strengthen institutional arrangements, including on the issue of the conversion of the Committee into an intergovernmental subsidiary body of the Council.  It requested the Secretary-General to submit a report to the special meeting on such options, within existing resources and reflecting the views of Member States.
By a draft decision, the Council approved the agenda of the tenth session of the Committee and decided it would be held in Geneva from 27 to 31 October.
The Council also adopted draft resolutions titled respectively:  “United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on the Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases”; “Report of the Committee for Development Policy”; and “Follow-up to the International Conference on Financing for Development”.
Adopting two other draft decisions, the Council appointed the Permanent Representative of Uruguay to the United Nations as a member of the Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Haiti, and decided to hold the StatisticalCommission’s forty-sixth session in New York from 3 to 6 March 2015.
The representative of Belarus withdrew a draft resolution titled “The family and sustainable development” (document E/2014/L.14), saying several delegations had not worked constructively on the matter.
Also today, David O’Connor, Chief of the Policy and Analysis Branch of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs’ Division for Sustainable Development, introduced the report on “Mainstreaming of the three dimensions of sustainable development throughout the United Nations system”.
José Antonio Ocampo, Chair of the Committee for Development Policy, introduced that body’s report of its sixteenth session, held from 24 to 28 March (document E/2014/33).

Also speaking were representative of Germany, Republic of Korea, Cuba and Uruguay.
The Council will meet again on Monday, 23 June, to hold its humanitarian affairs segment.
Dinesh Singh Rawat says, " I feel pain after reading the drafted documents, that contribution of India was negligible whereas, India be will be effected more then else. Registering our National prospective in international platforms  should be priority area of Indian strategic communication at all possible  international platforms. In the era of information, more you explore the your prospective greater will be your participation in governing the situations in the hands."

China Lures Bangladesh for Creating Maritime Silk Road to Encircle India

New Delhi (ABC Live): Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajed on Tuesday met Chinese President Xi Jinping pledged to make joint efforts to build an economic corridor(the Maritime Silk Road) linking Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar.
“Bangladesh is an important country along the Maritime Silk Road,” Xi said during the meeting, noting that China welcomes the Bangladeshi side’s participation in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, while pushing ahead with the economic corridor.
The moves will help to build a community of shared interests between China and Bangladesh, and benefit the people of the two countries and the region at large, according to the Chinese leader.
The concepts of the belt and maritime route were firstly proposed by Xi last year. The Silk Road connected China and Europe from around 100 B.C., while the Maritime Silk Road was used by Chinese merchants to transport silk, ceramics and tea to overseas markets.
Echoing Xi’s proposal on the belt and maritime route, Wajed said the four-nation economic corridor is of great significance for the development of South Asia and that her country will play an active role in its construction.
According to a joint statement, the two sides recognized that the development of the corridor would constitute an important vehicle to complement various regional connectivity initiatives and provide an important avenue for strengthening cooperation and sustainable development.
China and Bangladesh agreed to remain actively engaged towards the development of the corridor along with other countries, and expressed their hope of realizing mutually beneficial and result-oriented cooperation among the four countries, said the statement.
During the meeting, Xi said China attaches great importance to its ties with Bangladesh and regards the country as an important cooperative partner in South Asia and the Indian Ocean region.
Xi also expressed China’s support for Bangladesh’s development path and pledged to share technology and experience to reduce poverty and help spur its economy.
Bangladesh will continue to support China firmly on issues involving its core interests and major concerns, said the Bangladeshi prime minister.
Wajed is making an official visit to China from June 6 to 11 at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang. During the visit,During Wajed’s visit, she and the Chinese premier witnessed the signing of a string of deals regarding economic and technical cooperation, feasibility study of flood prevention and management in Bangladesh, and the construction of a multi-lane road tunnel project under the River Karnaphuli.
The Chinese side pledged to encourage its companies to invest in Bangladesh and participate in the country’s development of communication, energy, transportation and infrastructure, said the statement.
Know the Maritime Silk Road
The “maritime silk road” is an attempt at re-branding for China. Now that the concept has been officially extended as far west as Sri Lanka, its connection to the “string of pearls” is obvious. China has never officially used the term “string of pearls,” which originated in a 2005 U.S. study by defense contractor Booz Allen Hamilton. Accordingly, China has somewhat lost control of the messaging. The “string of pearls” concept is often viewed a military initiative, with the aim of providing China’s navy access to a series of ports stretching from the South China Sea to the Arabian Sea. This has caused some apprehension, particularly in India, which sees itself as being encircled.
The new terminology of a “maritime silk road” allows China to discuss its strategy of investing in maritime infrastructure in ASEAN and further west. Even more interesting, the extension of the “maritime silk road” admits the existence of such a strategy, and gives China a way of clarifying its strategic goals.
China insists that its investment in regional maritime infrastructure is economically motivated — and points out that it will bring economic benefits to host countries. In the words of Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying, China’s aim in creating the “silk road economic belt” is “integrating all the existing cooperation, especially that in the field of connectivity with neighboring and regional countries and enabling everyone to share development opportunities.”

Dinesh Singh Rawat says, " India should take its position on  Maritime Silk Road keeping in mind the its strategic relevancy of Chinese move to curtail  India to become undisputed leader of south Asia. Edward Snowden Alerts US Citizens on NSA Surveillance Programs

New Delhi (ABC Live): Speaking via teleconference, former U.S. National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden on Monday called for more public oversight of the U.S. secret surveillance practices and better online security measures to protect the public.
Snowden, who is currently living in Russia under temporary asylum, spoke to an audience of thousands at the South By Southwest Interactive Festival in Austin, Texas. This is his first public appearance to American audience since last summer.
Snowden said the NSA surveillance programs are “setting fire to the future of the Internet.”
“I took an oath to support and defend the (U.S.) Constitution and I saw that the Constitution was being violated on a massive scale,” he said, appearing on video screens with an image of the U. S. Constitution as a backdrop.
“We need public advocates. We need public oversight,” said Snowden. He accused U.S. lawmakers of “cheerleading the NSA instead of holding them to account.”
“There’s a political response that needs to occur, but there’s also a tech response that needs to occur,” said Snowden. He urged the tech companies to further tighten safeguards and called on people like the attendees at the annual festival to step up to help protect the public’s privacy.
“You guys are all the firefighters and we need you to help us fix this,” he told the audience.
Snowden’s disclosures of the NSA surveillance programs since last summer have stirred up controversy and criticism home and abroad and a foreign relations crisis with its allies for the Obama administration. The former NSA contractor is facing espionage charge for his disclosures.
Obama offered a series of proposals to change the NSA’s controversial surveillance practices earlier in January. Highlights of his proposals include pulling back part of the NSA’s bulk collection of U.S. citizens’ phone records.
Obama directed the Justice Department and the intelligence community to develop options for a new approach of the domestic phone collection without the government holding the metadata. They are expected to report back to Obama before March 28.

India’s Pollution Responsible for Himalayas Glacier Melting

New Delhi: Increasing pollution is not only harming Kolkata’s citizens – it’s also a likely contributor to climate change taking place in the Himalayan region.
According to a 2012 report by the New Delhi-based Centre for Science and Environment on air quality in Kolkata, seven out of every ten people in the city suffer from some form of respiratory ailment: not surprisingly, traffic policemen and the city’s thousands of street dwellers are among the high risk groups.
Air pollution, particularly related to diesel fuelled vehicles that jam Kolkata’s roads, is also linked to the city’s unusually high levels of lung cancer.
Meanwhile the government’s own Central Pollution Control Board gives Kolkata and New Delhi the unenviable status of being joint winners of India’s most polluted city prize.
All this is not just bad news for people living in Kolkata and India’s other major urban conglomerations. The increasing air pollution in India’s cities – particularly those in the northern parts of the country – also has an impact on the degree of melt taking place in glaciers in the Himalayas.
Diesel fumes, along with smoke from coal burning, cooking fires and the burning of waste, are among the main sources of particulate matter called soot or black carbon. Recent studies suggest that funeral pyres and even the burning of incense at temples are also contributors to the accumulation of soot.
This black carbon rises into the atmosphere and is driven by winds on to the snow or ice in the Himalayas, darkening the surface and in the process reducing reflectivity and causing the surface to absorb more heat.
The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), based In Kathmandu, Nepal, is the only trans-boundary organisation looking at climate developments across the Hindu Kush-Himalayan region.
According to ICIMOD estimates, black carbon is likely responsible for a large part – around 30% by some calculations – of glacial melt in the region.
It says most of the black carbon deposited in the Himalayas and in the southern area of the Tibetan Plateau comes from the plains of India, while black carbon on the eastern and northern parts of the Plateau originates in central China.
Bigger harvests
ICIMOD says that while data is limited, studies suggest black carbon may not only be a factor in hastening the melt of mountain glaciers – it could also substantially alter rainfall patters and affect the behaviour of the monsoon.
While many well-organised environmental NGOs and other groups have formed in India in recent years, the environment – and climate change – does not come high on the political agenda.
A late 2013 study by the World Bank and the International Cryosphere Climate Initiative (ICCI) said that up to a million deaths could be avoided each year in the Himalayan region by cutting back on emissions of black carbon and methane.
The study also said that regional yields of crops such as rice and wheat could be significantly improved by reducing black carbon.
“The health of people around the world will improve greatly if we reduce emissions of black carbon and methane”, says Jim Yong Kim, the World Bank president.
“Limiting these emissions will also be an important contributor to the fight against climate change.”

BJP May Field Raja of Amethi’ Sanjay Singh Against Rahul Gandhi

NEW DELHI: The BJP is strongly considering fielding Sanjay Singh against Rahul Gandhi in Amethi.

If Singh is nominated by BJP, the Congress vice-president will face an opponent who's a flamboyant, wealthy and controversial local leader, who used to be a close friend of Gandhi's father, Rajiv Gandhi, and who's also currently a Congress MP.

A very senior BJP leader confirmed to ET that Singh, currently Congress MP from Sultanpur and often called the 'raja' of Amethi, is being strong  candidate to give tough fight to Congress MP, Rahul Gandhi in elections 2014.

Dinesh Singh Rawat Says: BJP will try to entangle Congress main poll campaigner, Mr. Rahul Gandhi in his own constituency by fielding  Raja' of Amethi, Mr. Sanjay Singh against him.I considered that it may bring wining margin of Mr. Gandhi to some extend low but do not have potential to give him tough fight in Amethi. But I would say it will be a smart move in the part of BJP to put psychological pressure on Congress and woulf not bother Gandhi in Amethi.

Dinesh Singh Rawat Says:

The speech delivered by BJP's PM Nominee Mr. Narendra Modi was clearly and cleverly scripted to share the right approach through which fortune of Jammu and Kashmir could be flourish, the past 66 years of Indian government approach and outcome of it confirms this.

I would looking forward on the statement given by Mr. Modi in Jammu today, How he think he wants to change the present status of JK as Beggar to Better state in case He becomes the next prime minister of India in 2014.

Know Who Could Be The Next Prime Minister of India

New Delhi (ABC Live): The Indian democracy is all set to choose government of their choice in early 2014, the 16th times in a row since its independence in 15 August, 1947.

At presently, as per constitution of India, elections for democratic governance should be held for 543 Lok Sabha (Lower House) of Parliamentary constituencies, person securing atleast support of 273 Members of Parliament would be the Next Prime Minister of India in 2014.

As per the Article 74(1), Constitution of India which says, “There shall be a Council of Ministers with the prime minister at the head to aid and advise the president who shall, in the exercise of his functions, act in accordance with such advice.”

Whereas, the President of India is the head of the executive in terms of Article 53 with office of the prime minister as heading the Council of Ministers to assist and advise the president in the discharge of the executive power.

To quote, Article 53(1), Constitution of India:
“The executive powers of the Union shall be vested in the president and shall be exercised either directly or through subordinate officers, in accordance with the Constitution.”

The Prime Minister of India apart from the chief of government, chief advisor to the President of India, head of the Council of Ministers he also the leader of the majority party in parliament. The prime minister leads the executive branch of the Government of India.

The prime minister is the senior member of cabinet in the executive branch of government in a parliamentary system.

The prime minister selects and can dismiss other members of the cabinet; allocates posts to members within the Government; is the presiding member and chairman of the cabinet and is responsible for bringing proposal of legislation. The resignation or death of the prime minister dissolves the cabinet.

Constitutional Requirements to Become Prime Minister of India
According to Article 84 of the Constitution of India, which lays down the principal qualifications for member of Parliament, and Article 75 of the Constitution of India, which are also the qualifications for the minister in the Union Council of Minister included prime minister, who has been described as 'first among equals'.
A prime minister must also have following qualification:
1.He/she should be a citizen of India.
2.He/she should be a member of the Lok Sabha or the Rajya Sabha. If the person chosen as the prime minister is neither a member of the Lok Sabha nor the Rajya Sabha at the time of selection, he must become a member of either of the houses within six months.
3.He/she should be above 25 years of age if he is a member of Lok Sabha or above 30 years of age if he is a member of the Rajya Sabha.
4.He/she should not hold any office of profit under the Government of India or the Government of any State or under any local or other authority subject to the control of any of the said Governments.
Potential Persons Who Could Become The Next Prime Minister of India.

In present political scenario in India, the ruling Congress Party has unofficially declared its Vice President, and presently Member of Parliament from Amethi Constituency, Mr. Rahul Gandhi as its Prime Minister nominee for general elections 2014, whereas, the main opposition party, the BJP has officially announced Mr. Narendra Modi, present Chief Minister of Gujarat as its prime minister candidate.

One side, Congress aspirant for the post of next prime minister of India, Mr. Rahul Gandhi is all set to contest from Amethi Constituency in 2014 general elections and if elected will fulfill the one of the eligibility to be prime minister of India, which requires his some personal attention towards electors of his constituency apart from rest of India, as he would be the main campaigner for Congress Party.

On other side, Mr. Narendra Modi may not contest parliamentary election in 2014 to keep himself free for his party by taking the advantage of Constitutional provision, which enables any Indian citizen to become the prime minister of India without becoming the member of either house of Parliament.

Source: The Next Prime Minister of India

Dinesh Singh Rawat says: The Prime Minister of India gets power from Constitution of India rightly quoted in post. The ABC's search for the next prime minister of India's post has only considered two names, Congress's Mr. Rahul Gandhi and BJP's Mr. Narendra Modi for the next prime minister of India in 2014

It means ABC Team believe that in 2014 general  elections  either Modi Led BJP or Rahul Gandhi led Congress Party would form government  in India.

Also, Modi has advantage of non playing captain of BJP team as compare to Rahul Gandhi, who has compulsion to contest from Amethi for sustaining his claim for the post of prime minister in 2014 elections.

Personally, I also see direct fight both for next PM of India, for rest I do agree with ABC Team conclusion.

For first time in Indian Democratic history of 66 years, India is virtually heading for presidential form  of elections in 2014, where voters have clear-cut choice for the next prime minister of India between BJP's Mr. Narendra Modi and Congress's Mr. Rahul Gandhi.

If this opportunity in disguise is used by Indian voters nicely then we can expect greater constitutional reforms after 2014 elections irrespective of outcome of elections and Modi or Rahul win.

Great report. Keep it up
