Corruption, Administrative Necessity Forces Government to Transfer 4 IAS Officers

Chandigarh (I-Haryana News): Haryana Government on Wednesday issued transfers and posting order of four IAS officers with immediate effect due corruption charges by a bureaucrat and administrative disobedience.

Mr. Ashok Khemka, Managing Director, HARTRON, Special Secretary and Director General to Haryana Government, Electronics and Information Technology Department has been posted as Director General, Consolidation of Holdings, Director General, Land Records, Special Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer (LAO) vice Mr. Pradeep Kasni.

Mr. A. K. Singh, Director General and Special Secretary, Agriculture Department has been posted as Managing Director, Agro Industries Corporation, in addition to his present duties during the leave period of Mr. Vijayendra Kumar.

Mr Pradeep Kasni, Director, Consolidation of Holdings, Director, Land Records, Special Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer (LAO) has been posted as Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board against a vacant post.

Mr. Nitin Kumar Yadav, Director, Supplies and Disposals, Joint Secretary, Finance Department and Member Secretary, 4th State Finance Commission has been posted as Director Supplies and Disposals. He has also been posted as Managing Director, HARTRON, Joint Secretary and Director, Electronics and Information Technology Department vice Mr. Ashok Khemka.

As per IHN investigation Mr. Ashok Khemka, Managing Director, HARTRON was transferred to Director General, Land Records, Special Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer (LAO) vice Mr. Pradeep Kasni because of his efforts to take action for HARTRON acts under former MD Mr. Ankur Gupta Tenure, as vigilance is working on to scan out the detail report on working of HARTRON, a government of Haryana undertaking to Take Information technology to masses.

Whereas, Mr. Pradeep Kasni was withdrawn from Land Records he had developed strained relations with Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Land Records that he was asked to vacate his office in New Secretariat and office staff was ordered not send files to him before he was finally withdrawn from Land Records.

The above mentioned Transfers are purely ordered on administrative reasons than any political causes and reflects that Chief Secretary now wants give some teeth to senior officers to keep tab on disorder state bureaucratic machinery due to over exposure to political interaction in last seven years of congress rule.

Dinesh Singh Rawat's View:

I fully endorse the version of I- Haryana News that now corruption and closeness to political are badly effecting the work of Haryana government, as Mr. Ashok Khemka  the former, MD of the state run HARTRON' who has charged that misdeeds of hundred crores were done during  tenure of Mr. Ankur Gupta as MD of Haryana State IT solution company and also the nodal agency of many of IT related government funded schemes.

Recently CBI has started to investigate the HARTRON's working and found huge corruption in its functioning.

Whereas, Pradeep Kasni as usual shown his mis-fitness in Bureaucratic set up and made journey for his next destination by setting terms with his senior officer.

Last not the least that this type of  behavior of the state bureaucracy is detrimental to the concept of democracy and always seen in anarchy society.
