Delhi Court Rejects Anticipatory Bail of Absconding Gopal Kanda

Chandigarh (I Haryana News): The Delhi Court on Thursday rejected the anticipatory bail of absconding former Haryana Home Minister, Mr. Gopal Kanda, who is facing suicide abetting charges.

Dinesh Singh Rawat Says

Mr. Gopal Kanda, who was Home Minister of Haryana till August 4, 2012 has lost sudden faith in Indian Judiciary delivery System ( as police is an important  part of this system ) after Delhi police summoned him to join investigation of Geetika Sharma's suicide case, in which Haryana Home Minister, Mr. Gopal Kanda was held responsible by the deceased for her death along with Mr. Kanda's aide Ms. Aruna Chadha.

It is interesting that Ms. Aruna Chadha, a ordinary citizen responded positively to Delhi police’s summon and joined investigation on asked date and later arrested by police after her involvement in case was prima facie held by investigating officers, and sent to jail, whereas, Mr. Gopal Kanda, who was Haryana Home Minister till the day this incidence came into light, frayed the police summon and chosen to abscond.

This shows the faith of Indian polity on the present Justice delivery system of India as police play is an important in this system, but the poor Indian does not have option to act like an Indian politicians and criminals.

As Indian politicians and Criminals both have money and links in Judiciary delivery System to use the loopholes of Indian Law whereas an ordinary Indian citizens have only option to surrender himself or herself in front of Judiciary delivery System, in this case too this has happened.
